Very nice resort with amazing views in room.. only problem was electricity issue sometimes.. otherwise staff and all workers are very supportive..fully satisfied
Amazing location, Good food, Good service, Courteous staff.Maintenance should be better.I had booked the "Regal suite". Only the view was regal. The handle of the bathroom was broken. Even after informing the reception area no one came to repair it. There was no cupboard to keep clothes. The table given for keeping the luggage was dodgy. There were quite a few cobwebs outside the rooms.My room was below another room. A thudding was heard every time some one walked in the above room.The indoor play room games need maintenance and cleaning. There were no pingpong balls for the Table tennis game. The pool table had few speed breakers due to which the balls were flying off.Considering the capacity of the resort, the swimming pool should have been bigger.
Big spacious Clean hygienic rooms.Bathrooms are spic and span. Location is super surrounded by river all sides …must say truly it’s an island as named . Loved the place . We had booked Belvedere Suite.
I have a mixed review.We had amazing time. Armani Category room have incredible views and walk around the dam is super pretty. Do not miss sunset. You get peaceful views and isolation around. Food served was yummy and had local authentic taste. It was very good value for money deal.I have a few concerns on which owner should take a note :1) Windows of our room A1 had some gaps and our bed, walls & curtains were full of mosquitoes. Literally thousands of them. We had not choice but to change the room which was available but it would have been night mare otherwise.2) There is lots of litter below the rooms on the mountains. It should be cleared as it created by rude guests only.3) Gamezone needs drastic makeover. All games have been broken.4) Overall materials used in the interiors, bathrooms are of poor quality.
Location is very good and the resort is surrounded by lush green nature and water on almost all sides. All the rooms give a panoramic view of the river/dam.The best part is the lake view is fantastic and mesmerizing. The hospitality and services offered by staff are good. We also enjoyed the live music and DJ during the evening.Overall great place to enjoy with friends and family.Highlight of the property was the view from the balcony.I would definitely recommend everyone to visit once and will surely visit the place once again.

Only thing what needs to improve is the approach road of 500 metres, once done it will be a Fantastic place to stay and enjoy your leisure time. Hopefully will visit again during monsoon. Payments, Cencellation & Refund Policy

- All payment getways of renowned service providers are integrated with the website.
- Bookings can be done by paying 100% or 50% payment, balance payment can be paid at the resort at the time of check-in.
Cancellation Rules and refund rules as below.
- Day – 15 days = 100% Refund.
- Day – 7 days = 50% Refund.
- No cancellation and refund will be allowed in any circumstances if the check-in date falls within 7 days of booking date.
