• Resort does not allow consumption of alcohol or smoking in common or public areas.
• Consumption of alcohol & smoking is allowed in rooms.
• Guest can bring their alcohol, resort does not serve alcohol.
• For events, parties and gala dinner alsohol will be served with prior license from the department.
• Resort reserves the rights to check-out guests in case found abusive or niusance to other guests due to alcohol consumption.

• Pets are not allowed.
• Resort has stray dogs and cats.
• Guests are requested to be responsible for their belongings, especially footwares to protect it from stray dogs.
• Guests are requested to not feed stray dogs and cats to minimize their nuisance in resort for all the guests.

• Property is semi friendly for people using wheel chair.
• Guests are requested to bring their own wheelchair as resort has only 1 chair.
• More wheelchaires can be arranged with prior intimation and confirmation.

• No outside guests can be invited by checked-in guest inside the resort. Any such meetings will be restricted to reception area.
• Though the parking area is within the resort, but guests stands responsible for the parking and any personal belongings kept in the vehicle.
• Resort will not be held responsible for any mishap with the vehicle in the parking area.
• Resort during rainy season falls under flood prone area and all guests are requested to strictly follow resort & its staffs instructions to safeguard their vehicles.

• Extra matress will be provided to all extra adults and kids above the age of 5 years.
• Resort does not have extra beds, instead will be providing with floor mattress only.
• More mattress, pillows and lenins will be provided free of cost subject to availibility.

• Online booking and payments are safe and Triptadka ensures utmost safety and privacy of data.
• All payment getways of renowned service providers are integrated with the website.
• Bookings can be done by paying 100% or 50% payment, balance payment can be paid at the resort at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Rules and refund rules as below.

• Day – 15 days = 100% Refund.
• Day – 7 days = 50% Refund.
• No cancellation and refund will be allowed in any circumstances if the check-in date falls within 7 days of booking date.

• Due to any personal emergencies of the guests.
• Due to early check-out for personal reasons or complaints about resort services.
• In case any refunds are approved by management, refunds will be provided within 15 working days from the time of approval.
